Ryan sits down with Susan Asiyanbi, founder and CEO of The Olori Network, a coaching practice that helps executives and leaders achieve their goals by building better working relationships with their employees and business partners. Susan started as a teacher in Newark, New Jersey, and later served in many leadership roles at Teach for America, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. Her job now focuses on coaching managers on how to lead through an equity lens.
