Artists Gone Awry: This week’s case is one that, in our opinion, did not get enough limelight. As the world focused its attention on the Sheena Bora murder case in 2015, another heartbreaking and jaw dropping double murder somehow came to the forefront but was forgotten relatively quickly. This is the story of an immensely talented woman whose life, on the outside, seemed perfect: one that most people would envy. This is the story of an Indian artist who gained fame and international recognition for the work she was doing, until one day, she was nowhere to be found. This is the story of Hema Upadhyay.
