A priest said he was threatened. The community said they felt ignored.  In part two of the series, Ravi visits Rosebank, a neighborhood on Staten Island’s northeastern shore, to investigate another chapter in the migrant shelter controversy. Through conversations with neighbors and the people at the center of the issue, he searches for common ground and a path forward.
